This website does not have a booking system. When you send the enquiry form on the contact page, the details you have typed are passed to our office inbox by our form provider, Formspree, who keep a copy in our account with them. Nothing you type is stored on this website itself.
When you email or ring us we receive whatever you choose to give us, usually your name, phone number, email address and the details of the trip you are asking about. We use that to reply to you, to price and arrange the hire, and to keep a record of the booking. We do not sell it or pass it to anyone for marketing.
Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted within a reasonable period. Booking records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and insurance purposes, after which they are deleted.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising tracking.
The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as your IP address and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. Enquiries sent through the contact form are delivered to us by Formspree, who process the details you enter so that they reach our office inbox. The fonts on the site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests the font files from Google when the page loads. None of these is used by us to identify you.
Under GDPR you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email office@rscbuses.ie and we will deal with it. If you are not happy with our response you can contact the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
